At Melanie Lyne, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
